House of Golf offers monthly and annual membership plans as described on our Memberships page. By purchasing a membership, you agree to pay the listed rate for your selected tier on a recurring basis. Monthly memberships renew automatically each month and annual memberships renew automatically each year, on the anniversary of your signup date, using the payment method on file, until you cancel. We may update membership pricing from time to time; current members will be notified by email before any price change takes effect and the new rate will apply starting with your next billing cycle.
You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at houseofgolf276@gmail.com at least 30 days before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period; we do not offer refunds or credits for partial months or unused time already paid for. Founding Member pricing and any other promotional/legacy rate is tied to continuous membership — if a membership lapses or is cancelled, that rate is not guaranteed to be available if you rejoin later.
House of Golf is a self-service, 24/7 facility. Members and guests access the building using a secure, time-limited door entry link issued for their booked session and may not share that link or allow entry to anyone outside their own reserved session. Use of golf simulators, clubs, and related equipment carries an inherent risk of injury or property damage. By using our facility, you acknowledge and assume that risk, agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions, and agree to use equipment only as intended. House of Golf is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse of equipment, failure to follow posted rules, or the actions of other members or guests, except where such liability cannot be limited by law. We may require members to sign a separate liability waiver before first use of the facility.
Bay time is reserved through our online booking system up to 21 days in advance for members, and 5 days for the public. Members receive a monthly allotment of free hours as described in their membership tier, plus the ability to book additional hours at the applicable member rate. No-shows and late cancellations (within 24 hours of a booked session) may be counted against your allotted hours or subject to a fee, at our discretion.
Members may bring guests as described in their membership tier. Members are responsible for their guests' conduct and any damage caused during a guest's visit. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for violation of these terms, damage to facility equipment, or conduct that is unsafe or disruptive to other members.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date, and where practical we will notify active members by email.
